Jennifer Pansa is an E-RYT 200hr teacher with Yoga Alliance, and has been an avid yogi for many years. Her background includes Power Yoga and Vinyasa Flows. Like many yogis, she discovered the healing powers and bliss of yoga through an injury, severe tendonitis of her feet. Inevitably, yoga’s ability to transform the body along with the mind and spirit led her to a quick and sustainable recovery, deemed impossible to heal. Yoga has empowered her to return to her active lifestyle. She hopes that she can share her love of yoga, help transformation occur, and create a little more peace in today’s busy world.
