I began my Yoga Journey after my third child. I had always been fit and concoius about nutrition but I had never done an exercise that I enjoyed so much, that I would look forward to doing and that made me feel so good. So after experiencing all the benefits yoga gave me calmness, strength, and most importantly flexibility which made me feel like a kid again. I decided to learn more about it and share it with others. After becoming certified through the Yoga Fit Yoga Allliance I began learning ways to teach everyone Yoga. From kids to seniors, and on the silks. Yoga on the silks which is commonly referred to as anti-gravity yoga has been so much fun. It actually helps you get into much deeper poses and inversions that would normally be much more difficult to acheive. I love to teach people ways to take thier yoga practice with them wherever they go. It's not something that can only be done on the mat but we can do yoga anywhere. Even if it's just deep breathing or stretching. Yoga is the fountain of youth. It my passion and I am so lucky to be able to share my passion with others and show them the secret to staying young and active.
