Chantal Soeters is a yoga teacher from Amsterdam, who discovered her fascination for yoga while she took a random yoga class in the gym in 2005. Since her first yoga class 5 years ago, she has practiced and studied many well-known styles of yoga. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Therapeutics. She has done extensive training in Anusara yoga and became an Anusara-inspired teacher in 2011. In 2012 she decided to broaden her horizon allowing herself to be even more inspired by different teachers and methods. Chantal fully embraces the playful nature of yoga and she sees yoga as a way to experience freedom in the body, mind, and heart, both on and off the mat.
