I try to keep my classes simple, straight-forward and fun. You don't have to be bendy like a pretzel or a meditation master... just come exactly as you are with an open mind and ready to play. I'll always teach you proper and safe alignment in poses and help you focus on your breath to make the most out of your yoga practice.
