My yoga practice started in 2001, and has had an increasing impact on my life throughout the years. My passion is helping people improve their health and well-being with yoga and Thai Yoga Therapy. I have been practicing Thai Yoga Therapy since 2010, and teaching yoga since 2011. I am a Registered Thai Therapist (RTT) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
Yoga is about so much more than the poses, and in my classes, I like to focus on breathing and meditation along with the poses, or asanas. My intention is to teach a well-rounded class that will leave you centered, peaceful and stronger.
