I am a yoga instructor/owner of Bee Inspired Yoga
I have been practicing Yoga for ten years and teaching since October of 2009. I completed my 200 hours through Marianne Wells Yoga School and I am registered with the Yoga Alliance. The best thing about teaching is getting to be there as clients move along their Yoga journey: witnessing the learning of a new pose, overcoming a mental road block or experiencing Yoga on an emotional level. My only requirements for class are that you come with an open mind, have fun and always smile.
My new studio location is at Lady Fitness Heath Spa in Woodstown.
I am also a member of the Mullica Hill Women's Triathlon Club and enjoy open water/distance swimming.
I will be offering 3 types of classes
slower paced yoga class, mix of vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga.
focus on the breathe, great for those looking to decompress or beginners. Modifications and assists are always available.
multi level yoga class, elements of vinyasa/hatha yoga. Focus on connecting movement to the breathe. Good for all levels beginner to intermediate. Modifications and assists are always available.
faster paced vinyasa class, more challenging asanas and transitions. Build heat and experiment with a deeper practice both physically and mentally. Focus on connecting movement with breathe.
try to mix it up, listen to what your body needs and take the class appropriate for the day.
